Our Assembly (A’ssy) production line is designed for high precision, efficiency, and stable large-scale manufacturing. Equipped with advanced CNC machines, laser markers, automated conveyor assembly lines, and laser welding systems, the facility ensures consistent quality and seamless integration across all production stages. Additionally, 10 water- and dust-proof testers support strict reliability verification for every finished product.
To maintain high operational performance, the assembly division is staffed with 65 skilled personnel, including 3 managers, 3 engineers, 56 workers, and 6 supporters. This experienced team ensures that all processes—from machining and marking to assembly and testing—are performed with accuracy and speed.
Our current production capability allows us to manufacture up to 100 smartphone units per hour, reaching 2,000 units per day and 52,000 units per month. This capacity makes the facility well-suited for high-volume production while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
