Our anodizing production line is equipped with advanced, high-efficiency machinery designed to ensure stable quality and large-scale output. The facility features a 6,000 m³ scrubbing tower, high-capacity rectifiers, industrial freezers, a precision dryer, and a 5-ton/hour water purification system. All equipment is sourced from Korea and China, ensuring both reliability and performance.
To maintain smooth and consistent operations, our manpower includes 35 skilled personnel: 2 managers, 2 engineers, 30 workers, and 1 supporter. This experienced team oversees the entire anodizing workflow, ensuring strict process control and high-quality finishes.
Our production capability allows us to meet the needs of various industries. The facility can process up to 208,000 smartphone components, 156,000 tablet parts, 1,820,000 pieces of 2-inch parts, and 1,404,000 watch components per month.
